Stresscare Pain Evaluation

Stresscare Pain Solutions starts with a Comprehensive Pain Evaluation

The Comprehensive Pain Evaluation is unlike traditional medical and/or physical therapy evaluations. Each client’s symptoms, pain and dysfunction are as individual as he or she is. Therefore, evaluation of each client must also be highly individualized.

The Comprehensive Pain Evaluation was created by Michael Desrochers, President of Stresscare Pain Solutions, as the most highly specific, useful source of determining the primary and secondary causes of your pain. It seeks to identify ALL compensatory patterns that typically expand pain symptoms and prevent recovery.

The Comprehensive Pain Evaluation is very detailed and generally takes about 2.5-3.5 hours to complete and takes place in 3 phases over a 10 day period.

Initial Consultation
Can take place over the telephone or at our clinic. Specifics of your pain are discussed to assess the fit between your pain presentation and our program. Allow for 30 minutes.

Phase One
Completion of Stresscare Intake Questionnaire. This is completed at home prior to primary clinic evaluation. Generally takes 30-45 minutes. The questionnaire is a detailed medical history designed to uncover any systemic nutritional deficiencies that may be impacting your current pain. We also uncover the physical and emotional impact that stress is having on your life.

Phase Two

We conduct a number of tests designed to pinpoint the root and supplementary causes of your pain.

Phase Three
We develop a precise “individualized” treatment program designed to meet each client’s specific goals, daily activities and schedule considerations. ThisĀ  Detailed Evaluation Assessment is discussed in a one-on-one consultation with each client.

The Stresscare Treatment Program is developed to best treat theĀ  pain profile of each client … we utilize over a dozen different types of pain treatment, and will chose the best combination of pain treatment protocols.
